Please read our terms and conditions
Prices: Prices shown with the item or in the drop down option selection boxes is the price of that item. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices in the shop are E&OE. (errors and ommissions excepted). Currency: The currency of the shop is British Pounds (GBP). All orders will be processed in GBP. If you change the currency of the shop your order will still be processed in GBP. The currency converter is for guidance purposes only, to give you a guide of the cost of your order in your local currency, the actual amount in your own currency will be determinded by your credit card issuer at the time we process your order. Minimum order: Our minimum order is GBP 10.00 (Ten British Pounds) excluding freight. Special Offers: Some special offers are only available for online orders and are not offered for telephone orders. Online only special offers will clearly state that the are only available online with the product information. Colours, Sizes, etc: Colours are for guidance only as colours may vary in scanning, etc. Sizes are approximate. Accessories in wig photographs, such as flowers, ribbon, etc., are for illustrative purposes and may not be supplied with the wig. Items in demonstrative photographs are not included with that item, they are shown for demonstrative purposes, for example, in the photograph of the product Slip Buckets a quick mix slip stirrer and jar of casting slip are also shown. Where an item has several size, colour or other choices not all options may be illustrated in the photograph. VAT/Sales Tax: Prices shown in the shop are VAT/sales tax exempt, the price you see is the price you pay. Customers outside the UK and EU should note prices do not include any local taxes or import duties that your goverment or tax authorities or their agents may levy on imported goods to your country. Any such taxes, levies or charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Discounts: Discounts shown in the shop do not show on your order confirmation, but they WILL BE DEDUCTED ON YOUR SALES INVOICE. Returns: We are pleased to exchange items you have ordered incorrectly or in error, a handeling fee of 10% of the value of the goods being returned applies to all returns. You must inform us with-in 7 days of receipt of your order if you wish to return an item. All returns must be prior approved, e-mail us deardollyaral@aol.com if you need to return an item for a Returns Authorisation Number. Do not return goods without contacting us first, returned goods without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice that they were supplied on. Please note: Books, magazines, catalogues, paper patterns or other printed periodicals cannot be returned. Materials cut to length at your specification, such as, elastic, fabrics, lace, mohair, etc. cannot be returned. Delivery/carriage charges for delivering the goods to you in the first instance and any delivery charges for returning the goods to us are not refundable. If you are returning goods that were delivered under a free delivery offer, then our cost for delivering the goods in the first instance is payable by you. When returning goods please make sure you gain adequate insurance with the carrier you use against loss or damage in transit. If you request replacement goods then delivery charges will be made. Freight/Delivery Charges: Online orders over £75.00 (excluding insurance) receive free delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Delivery is charged at cost (minimum charge £1.00) for orders under £75.00 or to other areas or countries. Free delivery offer for orders over £75.00 does not apply to orders placed by telephone or fax. Please note if your order is subject to delivery charges your order confirmation does not contain the freight costs, since actual charges will be determined by the total weight, cubic volume or number of cartons of the shipment. This is to provide you with the most economical freight method. Freight charges where applicable are made at our cost will be added to your invoice (except where stated that an item is carriage free or includes postage, e.g., magazine subscriptions, HobbyTec 45 kiln under free delivery offer in the UK). Shipping Methods: We will always use the most economical shipping method compared with delivery time. For deliveries in the UK we use UPS or other parcel carriers, Royal Mail and Pallet Road Freight services. For deliveries outside the UK we use Air Postal Services, Air Parcel Services, UPS, Pallet Road Freight Services and Ocean Freight Services. We will normally contact customers outside the UK with shipping prices/services to obtain your preference of shipping method. Carriage is undertaken in accordance with the carriers terms and conditions. Insurance: We insure all deliveries against loss or damage in transit. A small insurance charge will appear on your invoice to cover the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit. Loss or Damage in Transit: We check all goods for quality and condition before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event any part of your order is received missing or in a damagd condition contact us immediately on receipt of your order, and at least within 7 days by e-mailing us at deardollyaral@aol.com. Claims received after 7 days of receipt can not be accepted. You must retain all damaged items and packing should the carrier need to carry out an inspection. If the goods and packaging are not available for inspection the claim will be rejected and you will be liable for the cost of the damaged goods. For UPS, other parcel carriers and postal delivery services we will make the claim on your behalf. For road or ocean carrier the haulage company or shipping agent will make the claim on your behalf. On conclusion of the claim by the carrier settlement for the claim will be forwarded to you either by the carrier or by ourselves. All information, product descriptions, prices, etc. on this web site is E&OE.
