Our online shop is easy to navigate.  On the left of the screen you'll see a list of pages and product departments, just click on the ones you want to view.  You'll find things like projects, special offers, newest products and departments of related products to make beautiful dolls.  Some pages will have a list of product sub-departments in a box on the top right of the screen (and at the bottom of the page too), just click on the sub-department you want to view.

How to Shop Online

Our secure online shopping is easy to use.  You must have "COOKIES ENABLED"  on your computer to use the secure shopping feature.  Please be patient when your computer is accessing secure payment feature of the site at check out as it may take a few moment to process your information.  If you find that our shop isn't accepting your orders it's probably because your computer is refusing cookies.  Click this link to find out How to Enable Cookies

Getting Around the Shop

• Want to leave a page and go to another?  Just click on another you want from the list on the left of the screen.
• Want to go back to the beginning and start again?  Just click on the "Home" button at the top of the page.
• Want to search the site for a product?  Just type the product you want to find in the "Search Phrase" box (located on the top left of the screen) and click the button immediately to the right of the box.  You can also click on the "Search" button at the top of the page, simply type in what your looking for in the box, select search "names only" or "names and descriptions" and click on the "submit query" button.  Hey Presto! the search is done.
• Want a more detailed search?  Just type in the product and click the furthest right button at the side of the "Search Pharse" box, or if you prefer click on the "Search" button at the top of the page.

Putting Items in Your Shopping Basket

• Whats the cost of an item?  You'll find the cost of every item in the shop at the bottom of the product description and at the side of the box where you type in the quantity or in the drop down option boxes.  The price you see is the price you pay, there are no extra costs apart from delivery and insurance which we charge at our cost.
• Want to add an item to your shopping basket?  It's easy!  Just click the "add button" - the one with a "+" symbol and a  picture of a shopping cart.  A little confirmation box will now pop-up telling you the product and cost that will be added to your basket, click the "OK" button to confirm it or "Cancel" to stop it going in your basket.
• Want more than one of a certain item?  Simply click in the quantity box and type the quantity you want (it automatically displays 1).  Click on the "Add to Basket" button.
• Want to select an option for an item?  Some items need you to select one or more options, like size or colour, just click on the "triangular arrow" to drop down the list of options and click on the one you want.
• Want to see what's in your shopping basket?  Just click on the button with a picture of an eye (next to the add to basket button) or click on the "Basket" button at the top of the page.
• Put the wrong item or too many of a particular one in your basket?  Go and look in your basket and click the "Delete" button next to the item you want to remove or click in the "quantity" box and change the number you want, press the "OK" button to confirm the quantity change.

Check Out

• Checking Out is Easy!
• Discounts:  You will see many "Quantity Pricing Discounts" offered in many departments in our shop.  Please note these will not appear at the check out or in your order confirmation, these discounts will be deducted on your sales invoice.  The sales invoice will accompany the delivery of your order.
• Confirm your Order:   Go to your shopping basket by clicking on "Basket" at the top of the page and make sure have everything you wanted.  If you need to remove an item or change any quanties do it now.  Then click on the "Check Out" button at the top of the page or on the "Shipping and Tax" button at the bottom of the page to go to the shops check out.
• The check out page.  Here we need you to enter some information, like what region you are in to calculate sales tax and your method of payment.  Use the dropdown boxes to make your selection.  You must also confirm you accept the shops terms and conditions by clicking in the box where indicated.  If you have not read them already, please click on "I accept these terms and condition" to read them.  Once your done click the "NEXT" button.
• Customer Details:  Here you must enter your name, address, etc. so we can process your order.  You must provide an e-mail address for us to send your order confirmation to, make sure you type your e-mail address correctly or we will be unable to confirm and complete your order.  You must also provide a daytime telephone number should our delivery agents need to contact you about making your delivery.  If you want to print a copy of your order then click the "PRINT" button.  Please note the "Personal Information" details you enter must be the details of the credit/debit card holder making payment.  If you would like your order to be delivered to another address, then select this option at the bottom of the page and enter these details at the next screen.  We respect your privacy and we never provide your personal details to other companies or organisations.  Click this link to read our  Privacy Statement
• Entering your credit card details:  This page is secure, you will see a gold padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser and at the top of the page.  Enter the details requested by either clicking in the boxes or using the dropdown boxes.  Enter your name as it appears on your credit card and the card number without spaces.  Onces you've entered all the required information click the "NEXT" button.
• You've made your purchase:  you'll receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail from us very shortly after completing your purchase.  If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours then please e-mail us at deardollyaral@aol.com to let us know.  The most common reason for not receiving our order confirmation is because you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly at the "Personal Information" screen.
• Our Order Confirmation to You:  The order confirmation e-mail you receive from us will detail the order you have placed.  Please note that your order confirmation does not contain the freight costs, since actual charges will be determined by the total weight, cubic volume or number of cartons of the shipment.  This is to provide you with the most economical freight method.

Secure Shopping
